 Owen Surprises Fans With Launch Of Redesigned Website, Fan Club

 

Nashville, TN – RCA Nashville recording artist Jake Owen continues to ignite the country scene this summer as his hot new single “Eight Second Ride” climbs up the charts.  The single is the second release from his sophomore album Easy Does It, which hit stores in February. Owen also recently filmed the video for “Eight Second Ride”, which is slated to debut later this summer.  In the meantime, fans can look forward to the launch of Jake’s new website, Jake Owen, www.jakeowen.net, this week as well as the launch of his first ever fan club!

 

The new fan club will include a FREE three-month membership for every user who is currently a community member on the original website.  Those who are not currently members can join the fan club for $9.99 per year, beginning immediately.  They will have access to video updates from Jake on the road, tour photos, Jake’s personal photos from his days off on the road, access to meet n’ greet passes, and tons of other cool features.

 

“I am so excited about the launch of the new fan club. So many of my fans have forged great friendships with each other and have a bond with my music that makes me so proud. I hope the fan club can make it even more fun for the fans to connect with each other and my music.  My fans and I are all in this together, and I want this to be a community where we can all be a part of this crazy ride and meet one another,” Owen said.

 

Fans can also catch Jake alongside a star-studded lineup on “CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night To Rock” on August 31st on ABC. He will perform “Eight Second Ride” for the first time on national television during the show.

 

Jake first hit the national scene with the release of his debut album, Startin’ with Me, which launched a trio of hit singles, including the title track, “Yee Haw,” and “Something about a Woman.”  Since then, he’s toured with some of country music’s biggest names, including Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn, and Sugarland. He has also received GRAMMY, ACM, and CMA nominations in the past year. He was also named “Top New Male Vocalist” at the 2009 ACM Awards.
